Taking Care Of Your Pen / Pencil

Since your pen is made from real wood, it needs the same care as any fine wood product requires. By following the instructions below, you will ensure years of beauty and enjoyment. 

To finish your pen i apply several coats of shellac friction polish followed by several coats of renaissance wax. (what is renaissance wax?) I recommend that you, as the owner, reapply wax as the finish wears from normal use.

Use a soft cloth to buff up the wax as needed. Don't use any cleaning agents not intended for use on wood. Never use any kind of abrasive pad to clean your wood or gold plating. Never use any cleaning or finishing product that contains abrasives or cleaning agents in the formula.

Floor care and furniture care products are appropriate for use on your wood products. Paste wax is easy to apply and buffs to a high gloss shine. The gold plating may be cleaned with a damp soft cloth. Do not use any abrasives on the gold plating as the gold plating will be removed by the abrasive.

This warranty reflects my confidence in the quality of your writing instruments. My pens & pencils are guaranteed against any workmanship defect or mechanical failure for one year. For any required service please send the instrument to me and it will be repaired, reconditioned or replaced free of charge and returned to you. Terms & Conditions 2007

9. All orders received after the postal break for Christmas and New Year will be dispatched on the 3rd & 4th of January 2007.
10. Please note that as each piece of timber is a natural product your purchase may differ in colour and figure.
11. Any faulty items must be reported to me within 10 days of you receiving your goods. A full refund of postage will be issued in the form of postage stamps.
